Advancing Research and
Innovation in Europe.

IANUS is a Horizon Europe project dedicated to strengthening the impact of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), the EU’s flagship programme for doctoral and postdoctoral training by analysing past and ongoing MSCA projects.

MSCA is part of the EU’s framework programme for research and innovation Horizon Europe, the world’s largest of its kind with a funding volume of 95.5 billion euros for 2021-2027.

Unlocking the full
potential of MSCA

Here’s how:

Capacity building

advancing training, skills, and career development opportunities for researchers

Intersectoral cooperation

strengthening collaboration between academia, industry, and the public sector, and enhancing the use of research results

Synergies with EU Missions

harnessing MSCA’s contribution to addressing major societal challenges through alignment with EU Missions

Through advanced data analysis, real-world case studies, and inclusive stakeholder engagement, the project will develop concrete policy recommendations to enhance MSCA’s long-term strategic value — empowering researchers and increasing the societal impact of European science.
